To limit queues, we encourage you to book your tickets via our online booking platforms (www.panoramaxxl.com // www.historial-jeannedarc.fr). Our websites also have documents to help prepare for your visit which you can download. Please note that you are still able to buy a ticket here on your arrival.
For group bookings, the usual booking services are available.

Yes. Everyone (over 11 years old) must wear a mask at our facilities and throughout their visit. If you have forgotten yours, you will be able to buy a mask on site at cost price.

Yes, we have had to reduce our maximum capacity. This is based on government recommendations and it will change with the guidance.

Yes and no. Our usual routes allow a pleasant and safe visit, and these are accessible in full. However clear direction markings have been provided to avoid visitors coming into contact. Hand sanitiser pumps are also available throughout your visit.

Yes! Our guided tour schedule is available on our websites. Our guides will welcome you with a smile (hidden behind their mask) and will explain the tour process.
